Reports are being received as e-mail attachment with .tmp extension when using Scheduled Queues

When using a scheduled queue to e-mail reports, the reports are received as an email attachment with a .tmp extension instead of the desired file type.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Alternative Solution:

1. Once the email is received from the scheduled queue, save the attachment (report) to your local hard drive and then rename the file extension of the attachment to the desired file type. (For example, if the report is named Report.tmp, rename it to Report.pdf)
2. Open the report.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into Financial Edge
2. Go to Administration > Queue
3. Create a scheduled queue to e-mail a report as a .pdf file
4. Receive the e-mail of the report and notice the report is converted into a .tmp file
