Error: Limit start date is required - when adding an HR event to an employee record

When working in Payroll and adding a separation event to an employee record, a user may encounter the error, Error: Limit start date is required, when trying to save
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Payroll> Record> Employee> Open the employee record in question
2. Select the HR Info tab> Add Event
3. Event ID= Sep, Add a scheduled date and save and close the event
4. Save and Close employee Record
5. Receive error " 'Limit start date' is required"
