When working in Payroll and adding a separation event to an employee record, a user may encounter the error, Error: Limit start date is required, when trying to save

Steps to Duplicate
1. Payroll> Record> Employee> Open the employee record in question 2. Select the HR Info tab> Add Event 3. Event ID= Sep, Add a scheduled date and save and close the event 4. Save and Close employee Record 5. Receive error " 'Limit start date' is required"
