Why isn't a child's group appearing for Parents under the Groups drop down?
The Groups drop down only displays groups that the parent are active members of. Since a parent is not directly associated with their children's groups, these will not be visible within the drop down. By selecting Find More, a Parent will have access to the groups that their children are associated with.
Note: This will only be available if Group Page Access has been set up to allow Parent of Student access.
