You may find that you do not see a past relationship in the employment history on a constituent's record. This may be caused by the filter options.
1. Go to the constituent's record > Navigate to the Relationships tab 2. Select the Filter button next to Employment History > Check the box include inactive > Click Apply 3. You should now see any previous employment history for the constituents.
If the constituents is still working in that position, you can remove the end date on the record with the following steps 1. Select the arrows to the left of the position name 2. Select Edit 3. Remove the end date > Save
