Business Process shows as scheduled in the SQL Managemnt Studio but does not execute, runs fine in CRM

Business Process shows as scheduled in the SQL Management Studio but does not execute, runs fine in CRM.
Delete the queue and the business process associated with it and rebuild.  This should allow the process to re-queue and finish successfully in CRM and in also SSMS.
