When the frequency for profile validation is set to "Once," a profile that has been validated previously will not show the profile validation message in the software again.

In order to have these parents and others who did not validate view this, your school will need to change the frequency to whatever time frame your school chooses. If you choose 30 days, the system checks to see when the last time the user validated. This way, within 30 days, everyone will have gotten that message and will see the profile validation message.

To set the profile validation to a new time frame, navigate to:
  1. Core > Communication > Sign In Messages > Profile Validation
  2. Change the Profile Data dropdown to the time frame your school wants
  3. Click Save
