After the 4.8 release, users may notice this error when using the query field Sales Order Item Ticket Status, as the options for "Pending" and "Returned" have changed to "Reserved" and "Canceled."
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this error, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.
Steps to Duplicate
From Analysis, click Information library, and edit the existing Sales Order query that has Sales Order Item\Sales Order Item Ticket\Tickets\Status in the Include Records Where filter includes the status of Pending or Returned.
Click Preview Results, and receive Error: Invalid filter value specified for field status.
