Revenue amount on the record does not match the amount under recent membership transactions

When reviewing recent member transactions for a constituent on their membership record you may notice that the amount column does not match the revenue amount on the revenue transaction. 
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this error, please click Chat with Support to provide the exact steps that were taken.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to the transaction record of the payment
  2. Take note of the amount of the payment
  3. Go to the constituent record of the constituent
  4. Click on the Memberships tab on his record and click on the name of the membership
  5. Under Recent membership transactions notice that the transaction amount here does not match the amount on the payment
