This primarily affects users performing administrative tasks-constituent navigation for most parents, students, faculty, and alumni will remain the same. We appreciate your patience as we work to update our documentation. If you are seeing this message, the content of this solution is still being vetted for possible updates. Please refer to this mapping document if you need assistance finding a task in the new navigation.
You may find that when a text block or other content is placed below an Embed widget on an onMessage page, it appears differently than when it is placed above the embed widget or elsewhere on the page.
If your content looks different when placed after an embed block, it's likely due to tags left open in the HTML code. This could be due to part of the code not getting copied from the original source, or other errors in the HTML.
In order to resolve this, edit the HTML block and verify that all HTML objects have both Opening and Closing tag. Example of correct code: <i> This is sample text </i> Example of incorrect code: <i> This is sample text The lack of an </i> tag will make all content after the embed block Italic.
If the code you are using is from an external site, verify the code you have included is an exact match for the embed code you were provided. Any difference could cause potential formatting problems.
