Action Notes do not appear in Action Detail Report

When running an Action Detail Report and selecting to Include Action Notes, the notes do not appear in the report if there is more than one notepad on the Action and one of the Notepads does not have Notes in the Notes section.  This prevents any notes from being in the report.

We have evaluated this issue as a bug and we have determined it will not be addressed in the program in its current state.  In this case, we believe the risks and challenges outweigh the potential benefit of resolving this issue. We strive to select the most impactful changes and issues to address with each release to accelerate the rate at which we deliver new features while sustaining the highest level of quality for our customers.

Alternate Workaround:
To include all Notes in the Action Detail Report, include text in the Notes section of each Notepads for the action. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Login to The Raiser’s Edge as Supervisor
2. Navigate to a Constituent's record 
3. On the Actions tab, click New Action to add to the record
4. On the Action record, go to the Notes section to add two Notepads to the Action, one with Notes and one with no Notes
5. Save and close the Action and Constituent record
6. Go to Reports>Action Reports>Action Detail Reports>New
7. Include one record and locate the action created in step 2
8. Set date range to All Dates
9. Go to Format tab>Detail section>check the box to Include action notes
10. Preview the report, No Notes appear in the results
11. Open the action and add Notes to the Notepad with no notes
12. Save and Close the notepad, action and record
13. Preview the report again.  Both Notes appear in the report
