You can change the promotion order for the grades. 
To Change the Promotion Order for Grade Levels:
  1. Navigate to Core.
  2. Select Settings > School Information > School & Grade Levels.
  3. Expand the School Level.
  4. Click the yellow pencil/Edit icon to the right of the Grade Level.
  5. In Promote To, select the School Level and Grade Level from the drop downs that the student is promoted to after that grade.
  6. Click Save.

Note: If you need to change or add a school level (lower, middle or upper)  or want to move a current grade into a different school level, you will need to contact your Account Executive.
