To Change the Promotion Order for Grade Levels:
- Navigate to Core.
- Select Settings > School Information > School & Grade Levels.
- Expand the School Level.
- Click the yellow pencil/Edit icon to the right of the Grade Level.
- In Promote To, select the School Level and Grade Level from the drop downs that the student is promoted to after that grade.
- Click Save.
Note: If you need to change or add a school level (lower, middle or upper) or want to move a current grade into a different school level, you will need to contact your Account Executive.
