Reasearch Group Report not loading

When trying to run the research group report from prospects and management the report does not load
This report is pulled differently in 3.0 and 4.0.   The report does take some time to run depending on the number of members in the group, you will want to try and run it in a browser that is not IE11, preferably Chrome.
