Coaching Emails can only be edited in the parent event. To find the name of the blueprint or parent blueprint, follow the steps below.
  1. Go to Fundraising > select TeamRaiser
  2. Search for your TeamRaiser (or select the Blueprints tab if it's a blueprint)
  3. Look under the name and ID of your TeamRaiser/Blueprint and you should see Parent Event
  4. Search the name of the parent event on the Blueprints tab
  5. Once again, check to see if Parent Event is listed under the name of the Blueprint
If you do not see "Parent Event" under the name of the blueprint, then we can be sure we are looking at the highest level event. Now we can check to see if we can edit the coaching emails in the top-level Blueprint.
  1. Click Manage next to the Blueprint
  2. Select the Coaching Emails tab
  3. You should see an Edit option under the Actions columns
Note: By changing the Coaching Email in the parent event, it will not affect any copies that have been made within the child events. In order to see the changes to the Coaching Email, the Blueprint-controlled Coaching Email must be copied again within the child event.
