When reviewing records in your Altru database you may notice that some phone numbers don't have a country added to them. This may happen when a gift is purchased for a constituent that didn't exist in your Altru database. When Altru created the constituent a phone number was added to the record but there was no country attached to the phone number

Steps to Duplicate
Go to a membership web form
Purchase a gift membership for a constituent that does not exist in your Altru database
Go to the constituent's record in Altru after the purchase has been finalized
Click on the contact tab of the record
Click on the drop down arrow next to the phone number and click edit
