Membership Type field is showing on Membership Acknowledgement Email

When sending a membership acknowledgement email, users may notice that Membership Type shows as a field, although Membership Types are not active in the membership program.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. From Web > Manage membership forms
  2. Navigate to webform
  3. Purchase a Member plus guest membership
  4. Complete sale, get acknowledgement email with "Type" as a field.
