Active Members are showing as lapsed in the Membership Activity tab

When navigating to the Membership Activity tab, recently renewed members are showing up as Lapsed for the month that they would have lapsed for before renewal.
Please chat with support, and provide the name of the members/memberships that this is occurring for and reference this article. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. From Memberships, click on the membership program.
  2. Click on the Activity tab, and set the filters for the time frame a constituent would have lapsed for.
  3. Note constituent in the Lapsed box.
  4. Constituent also exists in the Renewals and rejoins box. 
  5. From Memberships, run the membership status update process. Note the constituent still exists in both boxes.
