If you navigate to a user's Contact Card and no information is displayed, this may be a problem with the browser attempting to display cached information that might have changed or is no longer available.
If the Directory does not fully load for you, follow these instructions to clear your browser's cache, then reopen the browser and navigate to the Directory to display the non cached version of the webpage.
