Error when trying to open an email report from the NetCommunity tab on a Constituent Record in Raisers Edge

When trying to open an email report on the Email/Newsletter section of the NetCommunity tab of a Constituent Record inside Raiser's Edge, an Internet Explorer window opens, but it displays a "Page not found" error. 
If your Raiser's Edge is hosted by Blackbaud, you sign into a Blackbaud Hosting environment to access your Raiser's Edge database. For data security purposes our hosting environment must remain locked down behind a firewall that does not allow access in or out to external web URLs. The NetCommunity email reports, while they are a Blackbaud product, they are completely web-based, so you cannot view them from within the Blackbaud hosting environment. 

You can however, view the name of the email on the NetCommunity tab, and then open the NetCommunity user interface by logging into your NetCommunity website. There you will be able to go to Email > Messages, and edit the appropriate email report from within NetCommunity.
