Many more KPIs in system in 4.0 than a older version

When browsing the analysis//Information Library//KPIs in version 4.0 it seems that there are a considerably more about than there were in version 2.9.1
Check to make sure that there is not a filter in place in your older environment such as 2.9.1, you can also run a query to see the number in both versions to see if they match.
