When this occurs, your password will NOT actually expire in 7 days, it is a message triggered by the expired status of the user from when the password is being reset, right before the reset actually takes place.

To proceed, click 'OK' on the error message, which will bring you back to the Change Password window:

Do NOT try to change your password again, it's already been done. Click "Cancel" which will close you out of TA. Reopen TA, then login with your new password that you set. There should be no more errors, and your password will not expire again until the standard 90 days have passed.
