Error: Error occured during the transaction - when sponsoring a child from a BBIS site

When a end user makes a attempt to sponsor a child from a BBIS site they may receive a error such as: An error occurred during the transaction, and we cannot complete the transaction at this time.  Our organization is aware of the issue, and we will complete the transaction, please contact us with order number 'xxxxxxx'
Check inside of CRM under Sponsorship//Web transactions// Sponsorship purchases and check to see if you can push the transaction through that way.  Can also search CRM for unresolved sponorships.
