After restarting or rebooting the computer, or closing the program in Windows Task Manager, you may encounter an issue where the Hosted application does not start up. You may experience one of the following symptoms:
The Citrix Receiver program begins to start and then disappears
Hosted program window appears for a moment and disappears
The program's window appears, but freezes and does not finish loading.
This may occur when a session remains active on Blackbaud's servers and the Citrix Receiver is unable to connect to the existing session.
