If the report has the option to define the Name format for listed constituents, then a formatted addressee can include the desired fields and be used in the report. This is only an option if Name Formats option appears in the report parameter's Format tab:

If the report has this available:
  1. Configure a new addressee/salutation format to include the desired information, such as constituent ID, class year, constituent code, etc. Keep in mind some reports have limited display space, so select the desired carefully.
  2. Return to the report on the Format tab.
  3. Highlight an Individual value under Name Formats.
  4. Select From Configuration.
  5. In the drop-down, select the format created in step 1.
  6. If the addressee appears cut off, look for a Columns tab. If available, adjust the width of the Name field. (Note: This option is not present in all reports.) Or export the report to Excel.
