If the community group is not published to the front end, then it will not display as an option to choose under the Resource Board.
To publish the community group to the front end, you will go to:
onCampus > Procedure > Community
Add/Edit Community Groups
Edit the appropriate community group
Check Publish to Front End
Save & Exit
You will need to log out and back in and then when you go to the Resource Board, you will be able to select this community group.
