When trying to access a constituent's record you may encounter this error message: The specified page could not be loaded. Data form could not be loaded. Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression
This issue could be caused by constituents having multiple spouses in your database. If this issue occurs click Chat with Support and reference this article.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click constituent > constituent search
  2. Enter the constituent's name or lookup ID and click search
  3. Click on the constituent's name in the search results
