Household recognition summary does not reflect recognition filter settings

A recognition filter can be set to determine how revenue is recognized.  When using a filter that only recognizes pledge payments if the pledge is not recognized is accumulating the totals of the pledge and payments on household records
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Revenue>Reporting filters
  2. Select the Recognition filters tab
  3. Add or use an existing filter set to:  ‘Include recognition for pledge payments only if the constituent did not receive recognition for the associated pledge’
  4. Go to a constituent record that also contains a spouse and household (or create one)
  5. Enter a pledge and save (e.g. $10,000 with two $5000 installments)
  6. Add a payment and save (e.g. $5000)
  7. Go to the constituent record
  8. Select the Revenue tab
  9. Select the Recognition Summary subtab
  10. Filter results using the Recognition filter created earlier
  11. Observe that the individual constituent has recognition for the total pledge amount ($10,000), while the household has recognition for the pledge amount twice and the payment amount twice ($30,000)
