When running the Scheduled Event Ticket report together with a specific order of tickets sold for that program, the two do not match. This may be because a large order was processed, and Altru caps the number of tickets available to be sold at 10,146 per order.
When looking at the Tickets tab on a sales order, users will notice that the maximum amount of tickets that can be sold for an order is 10,146. Orders larger than that will process, but the tickets tab will cap out at 10,146.
Additionally, any orders processed over 10,146 tickets will not be able to be refunded in the system.
