This will happen if the relative was logged in at the time they registered. To confirm that this was the case, follow the steps below.
  1. Go to Constituent360 > select Constituents
  2. Search for the name of the constituent
  3. Click View
  4. Select the Interactions tab
  5. Select TeamRaiser Registration from the list of Interaction Types and click Filter
  6. Look at the Solicitor column for the teamraiser registration
If the solicitor has the name of the constituent, then they were logged in. If they were not logged in at the time they registered, then the solicitor would say "unknown."
