Refunded order did not refund all tickets and refund is not showing on original order

When trying to refund a large quantity of tickets (over10,000), you may find that now all the tickets were refunded and canceled.
When refunding tickets, there is a limit of 10,000. Any more than that will cause this issue to occur. Please chat with support if you experience the same issue.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. From Sales, select Refund
  2. Search for and select order with large quantity of tickets
  3. Click Refund
  4. Click Yes to add tickets back into inventory
