Report Hangs When Filtering on Specific Campaign

Users may find that a report hangs when a specific campaign is included on the Filters tab of the report parameter file. Users are able to run the report if the specific campaign is not included in the parameter file. 
This was resolved in The Raiser's Edge 7.96, patch 4, released in May 2017 and applied to databases in Blackbaud Hosting Services. If your database is installed locally, download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.

Steps to Duplicate

1. In Reports, open the saved report file.
2. On the Filters tab, in the Campaigns row, select Include Selected.
3. Select the specific Campaign, and click the right arrow to move it to the Include these Campaigns field.
4. Click OK.
5. Click Preview.
