1. Log into NetCommunity with supervisor rights.
  2. Select Email > Task Groups > New task group.
  3. Select Site Task Group from the Task Group Type drop down and click OK.
  4. Mark the check box to include any rights you would like to allow this role and do not mark the check box for Send Rights.
  5. Save.
  6. We can set up a role including this task group to restrict users from sending emails in NetCommunity. 
Please note, users will be able to send test messages but will not have access to send the final message.
