When running query in CRM to locate all Constituent records that do not have a BBIS User account, some records with Blackbaud Internet Solutions member = no actually have an active BBIS User record that is linked to a CRM Constituent record.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.
Steps to Duplicate
In CRM, create a Query to locate all BBIS Member that equals No and Online Information\Username is not blank
Note the results
Login to BBIS, go to Users & security > Users
Search for one the Usernames in the results from the CRM Query
Note that they have a linked BBIS Username to a CRM Record
