BBIS Member field = No but active BBIS account is linked to a Constituent record

When running query in CRM to locate all Constituent records that do not have a BBIS User account, some records with Blackbaud Internet Solutions member = no actually have an active BBIS User record that is linked to a CRM Constituent record.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. In CRM, create a Query to locate all BBIS Member that equals No and Online Information\Username is not blank 
  2. Note the results
  3. Login to BBIS, go to Users & security > Users
  4. Search for one the Usernames in the results from the CRM Query
  5. Note that they have a linked BBIS Username to a CRM Record
