Try running internet explorer as an administrator. Then go into your Altru database and try to download the workstation interface. To run Internet Explorer as an administrator follow the steps below:
  1. Click the start menu on your computer
  2. Search for Internet Explorer
  3. Drag the icon to your desktop
  4. Right click the Internet Explorer icon and click run as Administrator
  5. Go to your Altru database and log in
  6. Click Tickets > Print Setup > Workstation Interface
