This can occur if your Raiser's Edge Integration User has been altered. To correct this, please:
  1. Reset the password
  2. Contact Support and provide the new password
If your Raiser’s Edge Integration user has been deleted please refer to the steps below to resolve:
  1. Log into Raiser’s Edge as a user with supervisor rights.
  2. Click Admin on the left menu.
  3. Click Security.
  4. Click New User at the top of the window. 
  5. In the User name field, type the integration user name [BlackbaudSiteID#]_relointegrationuser e.g. if your site ID # is 12345 the user name would be 12345_relointegrationuser.  
  6. In the password field set a randomly generated password with no special characters. You can select any one of these randomly generated passwords here (record/make note if this password). 
  7. In Group Assignments, select Supervisor rights.
  8. In Connection options, ensure that RE7 Authentication is selected.
  9. Enter and confirm a secure password. 
  10. Contact Support and provide the credentials for this new user, referencing this article (100855).
