Navigate to:
  1. onMessage > Communication > Pushpage > Pushpage Issues >
  2. Search for the issue and click Edit 
  3. Click Edit into the Content Area that was displayin "Rich Text Area" for example in the Banner
  4. Click HTML
  5. Remove "Rich Text Area"​ within the Text
  6. Click Update
  7. Click Apply Changes, repeat if this is displaing in mulitple Content areas
  8. Click Save, to save the Pushpage
