If you delete a registrant and they made a payment, that payment will need to be refunded through the payment gateway. On Products only collect the information, not the payments. You will need to contact your school's payment gateway to discuss refunding the registrant.
To delete them from the form, you will go to:
  1. onMessage > Approval > Event Registration
  2. Edit the appropriate registration
  3. Registries
  4. Click on the registrant name
  5. Delete Registrant
  6. Confirm and Save
