Action List shows different number than the Action Overview dashboard in Analyze

When the user clicks Analyze>Actions and clicks on the Action Overview hyperlink of the Actions tile, the number is not the same as what appears in the list.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

1.  Go to Blackbaud RE Support database
2.  Choose Fundraising and Analyze
3.  Select the action's tab  click on the number of actions under Action overview
4.  Choose all for the filters and date of September 13, 2014 - today
5.  Click on the number of actions under Action overview
6.  When the list pops notice the numbers are different
7.  Under the Action Category filter, deselect advocacy and click ok
8.  Notice the metric number updates.  Click the number of actions again
9.  Notice the numbers now match
