Error: System.IO.FileNotFoundException - When considering applications in IGAM

In IGAM I receive the following error message when trying to consider applications to FIMS.

User-added image

It prevents the considering of Applications into FIMS.
This may happen after an upgrade.
  1. Have all FIMS users step out of FIMS and close any 'Database selection' windows or 'login' windows.
  2. Open the directory: npo\found\assemblies and rename or remove the ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll file.
    • If the file is in use and not able to be removed or renamed:
      1. Log onto the server, go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management
      2. User-added image
      3. expand "Shared Folders" and select "Open Files"
      4. In the resulting view, find any lines that reference "npo\found\assemblies\...", select all those lines, right click, and select "Close open files".  This forcibly closes the users connections to these files.
  3. Once the ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll file has been removed or renamed, Copy into the directory the file of the same name, which is attached on this case.
  4. Re-open IGAM and retry the procedure.
ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll
