To resolve the issue, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Settings application on your iOS device
2. Tap General
3. Tap Restrictions
4. Enter your Restrictions Passcode
5. Scroll down the screen and tap Cellular/Mobile Data Use (appears between Accounts and Background App Refresh under the Allow Changes label)
6. Select Allow Changes

This will then bring up a listing of applications where you can toggle mobile data use on or off. Be sure that the GIFTS Online and AngelPoints applications are turned On to resolve.
