Unresolved Online Sponsorship displaying incorrectly when viewed in Internet Explorer

When navigating to the Unresolved Online Sponsorship Purchase functionality using Internet Explorer users may notice that the sponsorship columns are overlapping. When viewing in Chrome or Firefox, the page displays as expected. 

 
It is recommended that users view the the Unresolved Online Sponsorship Purchase page using Chrome or Firefox. 

Steps to Duplicate

2) Notice that the sponsorship columns are overlapping
