A ticket number does not exist for the eTicket until the patron has clicked on the eTicket link received in their email. There are two options for getting the ticket number:

Option #1: The patron can have their eTicket resent to them, and pull the ticket up on their mobile device.

Option #2: If tickets are normally printed for this program, then the ticket can be printed from the Sales Order:
  1. Navigate to Sales > Order Search
  2. Search for the Patron name or the Order number, and open the Order record
  3. At the top left underneath Tasks, click Print order
  4. Mark the check box for Tickets, and click Print
  5. Once the tickets have printed out, scan them as usual
