A ticket number does not exist for the eTicket until the patron has clicked on the eTicket link received in their email. There are two options for getting the ticket number:
  1. The patron can have the email resent and pull it up on their mobile device. Directions for resending the ticket can be found at: Is there a way to resend an eticket?
  2. If tickets are normally printed for this program, then the ticket can be printed from the Sales Order:
  • From Sales, click Order Search
  • Search for the Patron name or the order number, and bring up the order
  • From the Tasks menu on the left side of the screen, click Print order
  • Ensure the check box for the tickets to print is checked, and click Print
  • Once the tickets have printed out, scan them as usual
