Outlook user not an option in user profile

When integrating Outlook and The Raiser's Edge, the option to be able to add an Outlook User ID on the user profile in Administration > Security is not visible. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Open The Raiser's Edge
2. Go to Admin > Security
3. Open up one of the users' profiles
4. Look to the right of the window, there is no 'Outlook user' box under Constituent name
