This is caused by the security category being set to Admin Only. This option restricts the view of the form, to only Admins, and the test drive is what users see. To adjust the security category please complete the steps below.
  1. Fundraising
  2. Donation Management
  3. Donation Form Tab
  4. Find your Form
  5. Click the edit link next to the correct donation form
  6. On Step 1. Identify Donation Form. The security category can be selected on this page. 
  7. Please select General from the Drop-down
  8. Save changes.
