When entering Membership Dues, and populating the marketing information using only a Finder number, a popup appears asking if you would like to clear the Marketing Effort, Appeal, and Source Code. This popup is unnecessary, because the finder number and constituent have not been changed.
This error only occurs when entering the memberships on the hybrid form of the Membership Dues Batch.
Select no to the error or enter the memberships through the grid view of the Membership Dues Batch.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to 'Enter Membership Dues' 2. Enter only a valid Finder Number, such as 44. 3. Press Tab and enter in the Membership Program, Level, Term, and Date. 4. Click Next Payment. 5. Notice popup saying 'Would you like to clear the Marketing Effort, Appeal, and Source Code?' 6. Click No. Notice that no changes are made, and dues entry can continue as normal. The constituent/finder number was never changed, but the popup appeared anyway
