Error: An error occurred before executing the process 'Marketing Effort Refresh Process'

When refreshing a Marketing Effort users receive error: An error occurred before executing the process 'Marketing Effort Refresh Process' : Attempting to set a non-NULL-able column's value to NULL. BBERR_ORIGINAL_ERROR:681 BBERR_ORIGINAL_PROCEDURE: BBERR_ORIGINAL_LINE_NUMBER:1
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Login to CRM
  2. Go to Marketing & Communications
  3. Select Direct Marketing Efforts
  4. Find problem effort and open it
  5. Select Refresh Effort and start this process
  6. Receive error
