1. Navigate to Lists > Manage Lists.
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions.
  3. Select the List Templates tab.
  4. From the Template Category drop down, select Admission.
  5. Click View/Copy to the right of Candidate List.
  6. Select the Filters tab.
  7. Add a row under Global Filters.
  8. In the Field drop down, select Candidate.Entering Year.
  9. In the Condition popup, select the appropriate school year.
  10. In the Field drop down, select Candidate.Entering Grade.
  11. In the Condition popup, select the appropriate grade.
  12. Enter a Name for your list (required).
  13. Add your list to an existing category or create a new category (optional).
  14. Click Save.
  15. Click Preview to view your list's results.
