- Navigate to Lists > Manage Lists.
- Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions.
- Select the List Templates tab.
- From the Template Category drop down, select Admission.
- Click View/Copy to the right of Candidate List.
- Select the Filters tab.
- Add a row under Global Filters.
- In the Field drop down, select Candidate.Entering Year.
- In the Condition popup, select the appropriate school year.
- In the Field drop down, select Candidate.Entering Grade.
- In the Condition popup, select the appropriate grade.
- Enter a Name for your list (required).
- Add your list to an existing category or create a new category (optional).
- Click Save.
- Click Preview to view your list's results.
