Error: Registration must be linked to an organization - when bulk processing event registration

When bulk processing an event transaction that is registering on behalf of an organization; the user may receive the error: Event registration [XxX] by [Name] on behalf of [Organization] must be linked to an existing Organization Constituent record.
Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue and its impact on the software. After careful consideration, we have determined that we will not be addressing this issue. As an alternative, in order to continue bulk processing leave the "attempt to auto-match to an existing record" check box marked or process the registrations individually

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Register on behalf of an organization
  2. Go into the Netcommunity plugin to process the transaction
  3. Link all fields necessary
  4. Select transaction and click bulk processing
  5. Remove "Attempt auto-match to an existing record" from the Options tab
  6. Click "Process Now" in the Processing tab
  7. Observe error
