Description appears for campaigns, funds, and appeals in Recently accessed records when ID is specified in User Options

I want to see IDs for campaigns, funds, or appeals listed under Recently Accessed Records in Records. I've set the display format to ID for them in User Options, but the Description still shows.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

In the sample Raiser's Edge:
  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge.
  2. In the top menu bar, click on Tools.
  3. Select User Options.
  4. Click on the Records tab.
  5. Highlight Campaigns on the left menu.
  6. For Campaign format, select Campaign ID.
  7. Highlight Funds on the left menu.
  8. For Fund format, select Fund ID.
  9. Highlight Appeals on the left menu.
  10. For Appeal format, select Appeal ID.
  11. Click General tab.
  12. Under Code Tables, unmark Use long description for display and data entry.
  13. Click Apply.
  14. Click OK.
  15. Go to File and select Exit and Sign Out.
  16. Log back into The Raiser's Edge.
  17. Click on Records in the left menu.
  18. Click on Campaigns and then Open a Campaign.
  19. Click Find Now.
  20. Double click on Capital Campaign to open.
  21. Click Save and close. Back in Records, campaign description Capital Campaign appears under Recently Accessed Records and not the ID of CAPITAL.
  22. Repeat steps 17-21 for Appeals and Camp Kids Newsletter. Back in Records, appeal description Camp Kids Newsletter appears under Recently Accessed Records and not the ID of CAMP KIDS.
  23. Repeat steps 17-21 for Funds and 2000 Annual Fund. Back in Records, fund description 2000 Annual Fund appears under Recently Accessed Records and not the ID of 2000ANNUAL.
