During the initial setup of your BBMS processor in eTapestry, you may not have selected to turn on EFT (or that feature may not have been present at that time). If you currently don't have EFT capabilities in eTapestry, you can go back into your BBMS processor settings and enable that to begin using that gift type.
To enable EFT for your BBMS processor:
1. Click Management 2. Click My Organization 3. Click eCommerce 4. Click BBMS beneath Transaction Processors 5. Mark the checkbox that says Supports EFT 6. Click Save
Note: EFT is only available for U.S. clients at this time.
