Your Sphere login still exists for the account, however your login has been manually marked with a status of Inactive. To re-activate your account, have a user with Administrative rights complete the following steps: 
  1. Navigate to Control > Administration > Organization Setup > Manage Users.
  2. Click on the affected Login Name.
  3. Select the Functional Access tab.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Mark the radio button beside the new functional access that needs to be assigned to the user.
  6. Click Save. 
If there are no active users with your site to active your account, have your organization's contact at the Executive Director level or higher send the request Support to re-activate you as a user. The request will need to be written on official letterhead for the organization and sent as an attachment directly from the Executive Director's email address. Once the letter is received, Support can re-active you as a user for this account.
